Katarina Kat celebrates her birthday on June 19, 1984 and she was born in Kazakhstan. Her real name is Svetlana but is mostly known by her professional name, Katarina Kat. Before getting into the adult industry she traveled the world as a circus performer from the time she was 3 until she turned 20 years old. Katarina Kat was born June 19, 1984 in Alma-Ata, Kazakh SSR, Soviet Union. Katarina worked as a circus performer from the age of 3. She was a contortionist and aerial gymnast among other smaller acts and worked with some of the best in that industry such as Ringling Brothers, Cirque du Soleil, and Moscow State Circus. Her circus career came to an end when in February 13th of 2004 she fell from her trapeze landing from 40ft to concrete. After a number of surgeries and extensive physical therapy she was able to use her arms again but could no longer perform in the circus. After a couple of years of working as an exotic dancer she went to work with her good friend Shauna Banks as a pornographic actress. Katarina has been working in the Adult Industry since September of 2006. She is a three time AVN award nominee.
